The PRO RACING
ASSOCIATION will celebrate its 25th year of drag
racing in 2012 and we are anticipating some of the most
exciting drag racing action to date. With six
different classes, racers and fans
have a wide range of competition available to
participate in or just watch. One of
the biggest changes you will see this season is a
variety of new events at new venues as we are associated
with a new promoter, Misbehavin Motorsports.
The PRA is rich in
history and we are excited to add another chapter to
that history.
The PRA began in 1988 as the Pro Bug
Association under the guidance of Bill Taylor and it
continues today under the guidance of Kevin Reynolds as one of the most recognized Volkswagen
drag racing organizations in the United States and the
world. Drag racing is arguably the most exciting
form of motorsports in the world and the PRA drag racing is no different.
The PRA has a fantastic group of
racers, fans and sponsors and without them we could not
do what we do and we extremely appreciate them.
